Lake Shore Farm has a rich history and we want to share that with you. Part of our history is our family recipes. Through the years, many of our friends and guests have asked about our family and about the house at Lake Shore Farm. We're often asked for copies of our recipes. We long ago decided to put the stories and the recipes into book form, but were slow in getting around to the project.
Finally, in 1976, to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of Lake Shore Farm, we did do a book. Copies of the first edition sold out long ago.
We're as proud of our unique heritage as ever. With the second edition we're pleased to be able to share our updated story and many requested recipes with you. The second edition recipes are marked by a little loon.
