It's heart that brings our guests back year after year. It's heart that everyone finds when staying with us. Form active to restful hearts, we've been host to generations of them for almost one hundred years. So join us and make our home yours, too.

Lake Shore Farm was originally a working farm house that has been modernized over the years to provide comfort to the budget minded family. Our Farm has been welcoming guests since 1926. The Farm now comfortably houses 32 guest bedrooms. The bedrooms are tucked away on the second and third floors of the farm house. The main floor has our kitchen, several dining rooms, game room, bar, and common areas. There is an attached barn that has been converted into a beautiful function hall.

Single Room

Most of our rooms command a beautiful view of the lake, have private baths, spacious closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, cross ventilation, and offer you spacious restful comfort. Rates include 3 meals/day.

Family Room

Our family rooms, with two bedrooms and a shared bath, are perfect for families with small children. Rates include 3 meals/day.

A deposit of $100 per person is required to reserve space and is applied to the last night of the stay. Cancellation less than 14 days in advance forfeits the deposit. Prices are subject to change without notice.

New Hampshire Room and Meals tax- 9%. When children stay in a separate room from parents, one child is treated as an adult in terms of pricing.

You are welcome to arrive as early as you wish, including lunch, however we can not assure your room availability until 3PM.
